What the forms collect
Only what you type in. Depending on the form, that is:
- Contact form: name, phone, email, your message and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Buyer forms: name, phone, email, your message, plus property type, budget, timeline, how you plan to pay, where you are now, and the page topic you were reading.
- Calculator and other forms: the details you enter in them, if you choose to send them.
Sent along with every form
The address and title of the page you sent it from and the page language, so I know what you were reading. Formspree, the service that delivers the forms, may also record technical details such as your IP address and browser type to block spam. See Formspree's privacy policy.
Where your information goes
Form submissions go to Formspree, which forwards them to my email inbox (info@danmarusinhomes.com). They are not published anywhere on this site.
How I use it
To answer your inquiry, to send you listings and information you asked for, and to follow up about your search. I don't add you to a newsletter or mailing list.
If we end up working together, I share what a transaction needs with the people involved in it, such as my brokerage (LoKation Real Estate), a lender, title company or inspector, and only for that purpose.
I don't sell your information
I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't give it to anyone for their own marketing.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit a form, you agree that I may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or just tell me by phone or email. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
Cookies and analytics
Right now this site uses no analytics, no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
Fonts are served from this site itself, so loading a page sends no requests to Google or any other font service.
If I add analytics or other tools later, I will update this section and the date at the top of this page.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries in my email for as long as they are useful for our conversation, or until you ask me to delete them. If we complete a transaction, Florida brokerage rules require some records to be kept for a set period, and I keep those as required.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email info@danmarusinhomes.com with the subject "Delete my information" (or "Correct my information") and the email or phone number you used. I will do it and confirm by email within 30 days. Records I am legally required to keep are the only exception, and I will tell you if that applies.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfect, so please don't send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or wire details through the forms.
Children
This site is meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
